How Does Pay-Per-Click Advertising Work on Our Site? PDF Print E-mail

HOW DOES PAY-PER-CLICK WORK?

Some of you may not be familiar with pay-per-click advertising. This is the most efficient advertising available on our site. Not only do you know how many people clicked on your banner but you save money too.

Buying an ad banner for a year might be a tempting way to start your ad campaigns for the year. Buy it, leave it, and hope for the best. However, "real" marketing takes savvy and dedication. How would you know if your banner ad is doing what you need it to do? Do you know how many people clicked on your banner?

Some sites sell banners and offer tracking. Watch out! Some site owners will "tell" you your banner is doing well and send you some fake stats. Other site owners will actually click on the banners to boost stats.

We are the honest competition. When you purchase your banner we install it with however many clicks you have purchased. Our system reads each click. We don't do anything except notify you when your banner clicks are almost used up. You can then choose to purchase more clicks or drop the campaign.

Friendly words of advice: Pay attention. If you are currently running a pay-per-click campaign keep track of your website hits and compare your banner clicks. They should play off each other. If not, consider switching your pay-per-click provider.

[Click here for a complete list of where to get your marriage license in Pennsylvania, by county]

Planning to get married in Pennsylvania? Here is what you need and what to expect:

  • Make sure you're both at least 18 years of age. (If you're younger, you'll need parental consent.)

  • Note that blood tests are no longer required in this state.

  • Apply in person with your intended spouse at the county clerk's office, which is located in the county courthouse.

  • Bring a photo identification with you. Some counties require this before issuing a license.

  • Be prepared to wait three days after you apply for the license before it can be granted.

  • Expect to pay in cash. The price varies from county to county but is usually in the $25 to $50 range.

  • Bring any divorce or death certificates with you if either of you has been married before.

  • Remember that the license is valid for 60 days.
